2: Would you be interested in Dromex delivering to you directly rather than having to collect your orders?
3: If we offered direct deliveries for local KZN deliveries, we would not be able to provide a combination of direct deliveries and customer collections for a specific customer. We would require each distributor to select one preferred method of delivery for all their orders (i.e. either direct delivery or collections, not a combination of both) This being the case would you still be interested in direct deliveries?

4: Our standard turnaround times for deliveries (after the order processing time of 1- 2 days) is:
    • Durban Central 1-2 days
    • Durban Outlying 2-4 days

Given these lead times would you choose direct deliveries as your preferred delivery method?
5: For direct deliveries there is a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) of 5 boxes or an order value of R15 000 order. Given these MOQ's would direct deliveries still be an appealing option for you?
6: To offer a delivered price there would be an on cost of 2-3%. Given this on cost would you still see the value in direct deliveries?
7: After considering all the terms and conditions listed above would you select direct deliveries as your preferred method of delivery?
